With a robust academic background and extensive training in statistical analysis, Dr. Rosnick brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Specializing in cognitive aging and stress research, he is proficient in regression-based analyses, multivariate models, and mediation techniques. As an educator, Dr. Rosnick taught undergraduate and graduate courses in research methods and statistics, while overseeing a stress and cognition lab. His transition to business intelligence saw him quickly mastering SQL and COGNOS, becoming a key contributor to module creation and report generation. Driven by a passion for learning, he continues to explore new tools and technologies, eagerly awaiting the opportunity to leverage statistical software for enhanced analytical insights. With a dedication to excellence and a thirst for innovation, Dr. Rosnick is a valuable asset to our team, driving impactful statistical analysis and business intelligence solutions.

An experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare research industry. Skilled in coordinating and managing research projects from inception to publication and presentation, she has amassed extensive experience across various healthcare domains, including peripartum depression, first episode psychosis, integrated care, and nurse onboarding/training. She possesses expertise in designing feasible real-world studies encompassing various methodologies, including primary data collection, secondary data analysis, survey research, and intervention research. Her passion for research and advancing knowledge makes her an indispensable part of our team, driving projects from discovery to completion.

Jessie Alwerdt, PhD, MS

​Dr. Jessie Alwerdt, a respected researcher at Penn State University, brings extensive expertise in advanced statistical methodologies to her role. Specializing in data interpretation, grant proposal development (including NIH grants), and proficiency in SPSS, R, Python, and SAS, she analyzes diverse datasets, including cross-sectional and longitudinal data from sources like NHANES. Dr. Alwerdt's strengths lie in data cleaning, validation, and management, ensuring the statistical integrity of research activities. She has provided technical leadership in statistical analysis, collaborated on survey and data systems planning, and effectively communicated research findings. Driven by a client-centered approach, she delivers tailored insights and solutions that precisely align with research objectives. Kyle Shive
​
Kyle earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology under the mentorship of Dr. Rosnick. He then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). Following his academic career, Kyle worked as a Software Engineer for five years, where he gained proficiency in various programming languages including Python, PHP, and JavaScript. He leveraged these languages to develop internal reports in conjunction with MySQL databases.
Kyle also worked extensively with complex APIs such as AppleNews, Keywee, and Facebook to create sophisticated backend functionality integrated with in-house services. After his tenure as a Software Engineer, Kyle transitioned to entrepreneurship by founding Kyle Shive Media, where he now works as a Professional Voice Actor. In this role, he has honed his skills in voiceover, video production, marketing, and sales.
